DESCRIPTION
Introducing the 10,000 Hours 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon. Not unlike a flour-less chocolate cake, this is a wine for grown ups. The first aromas of black cherry, espresso, and vanilla give way to big, chewy tannins, followed by a lingering finish. While practice does not always make perfect, we are inclined to believe this time we've come awfully close.
WINE PROFILE
Varietal Notes
98% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Petit Verdot. Aged for 18 months in 85% new American oak.
Tasting Notes
Black cherry, plum, warm vanilla, and espresso bean on the nose. Huge entry on the palate leads to a super rich, dense mid palate with round, chewy tannins. Long finish, driven by black fruit notes and hints of toast.
